The Board of Directors takes pride in keeping the common areas, esplanades, cul-de-sacs, and Center Point Easement High line area looking nice throughout the subdivision. Since this is a massive amount of green space, we have a contract with a landscape company to maintain the grounds. This contract includes weekly mowing and edging, irrigation, annual mulching of all the tree rings on Westgreen Blvd. and Highland Knolls Dr., minor pruing of trees, pruning of all the shrubs, flowers for the marquee bed 3 times per year, monthly weeding of all the landscape beds, fertilization, and insecticide of all the green spaces. 

The grounds budget is approximately $89,000 annually. 

Note: The esplanades and cul-de-sacs remain the property of Harris County, Texas. The land under the Center Point High Line is easement property of each individual homeowner along Park Meadow and Park Wind.
