If you are having an issue with music from the resturaunt/bar, Made in Medellin, at the El Patio food truck park, please take the actions listed below. We are actively monitoring the situation for possible legal action in civil court. 

           Agreed quiet hours:

                  After 10 PM on weeknights

                  After 12 AM on weekends

If you can hear the music INSIDE your home during the quiet hours:

1. Take a selfie video documenting the date/time and sound.
2. Call the Precinct 5 dispatch at (281) 463-6666.
3. Request an officer come TO YOUR HOME.
4. If necessary, explain this is not a noise complaint. This is a nuisance complaint and falls under disorderly conduct. 
5. Email the details of your experience, including the selfie video, to  security@mphoa.org and brian.scudder@cn5.hctx.net.
