The 2022 statement along with the Annual letter will be mailed out to all homeowners in October. The 2022 Maintenance Fee of $375 is due on January 1, 2022. You can login to your homeowner portal to view your account balance.
Ways to Pay:
In Person: Payment by check or money order can be made in the MPCA Office. There is no processing fee for this option. CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE OFFICE. Make checks or money order out to Memorial Parkway Community Association.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available in the office. Plans will consist of 3 monthly payments of $125. There is a $35 charge to get on a payment plan after December 17th. Prior to that date there is no charge to get on a payment plan.
Pay by Mail: Payment by check or money order can be mailed directly to the MPCA Office, 21600 Cimarron Parkway Katy, TX 77450. You may use the return envelope received with your assessment statement. Pay Online: Log into your 'Homeowner Portal' or register a new one, and select the yellow 'Make a Payment' button. You can pay by credit/debit card or eCheck, and even set up recurring payments. By choosing to pay online, there will be a small convenience fee charged by Zego, the payment processing company.
Pay by Phone: To pay by phone using a debit/credit card, call Zego directly at 1-866-729-5327. Zego is available by phone 24/7 to accept your payment. By choosing to pay by phone, there will be a small convenience fee charged by Zego, the payment processing company.

Mission: The mission of the Board of the Memorial Parkway Homeowners Association is to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas, and upholding our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and polices. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. The Memorial Parkway subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family.
