Splash Pad Hours:
8am to 9pm through October 31st.
After that, the splash pad is closed until April 1st of each year.
Splash Pad Rules:
- Use of splash pad is at your own risk.
- Splash pad area reserved for residents only.
- Young residents under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No rough playing or running permitted.
- Animals are not permitted on splash pad.
- No food, beverages, or glass containers on splash pad.
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, etc.
- Have fun and be respectful of others.

MPCA has 2 pool facilities, located at 21600 Cimarron Parkway and 21519 Highland Knolls. Both pools are open to residents (in good standing) June through August, and weekends in May and September. In order to use the pools you must register through our online system 'CELLBADGE'. See the tab in the menu bar. There is an device at each pool that residents will sign in with at the lifeguard check in table upon arriving to the pool.
Memorial Parkway is under contract with SweetWater Pools to maintain, clean and provide lifeguard services to both pools. Memorial Parkway has two parks available for resident use.
Cimarron Parkway Park is located at 21600 Cimarron Parkway, Katy TX 77450. Cimarron Parkway Park has a play structure for 2-5 year olds, a playstructure for 5-12 year olds, swing set, gaga pit, pavilion with picnic tables and park benches.
Highland Knolls Park is located at 21519 Highland Knolls, Katy TX 77450. Highland Knolls Park has a play structure for 2-12 year olds, a swing set and picnic tables nestled under two huge oak trees.
The Memorial Parkway Community Center is a place where community events and private parties are held. There is a large meeting room, a basic kitchen, ice machine and tables and chairs.
The clubhouse may only be rented by Memorial Parkway residents, currently in good standing with the association (residency status will be verified) for the purpose of private parties/gatherings. Rentals by non-residents are prohibited.
The rental rate is $100 for a half day and $200 for a full day, plus a $275 damage/cleaning deposit. Reservations must be made in person at the MPCA Office. Rental fee and deposit along with the signed rental agreement must be submitted in order for the reservation to be securred. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. Starting October 1, 2023 there is a small rate increase for the rental fees.
