Santa's Elves will be driving through Memorial Parkway looking for the best Christmas Light Display. The winners of the 6 prize categories will receive a prize. To participate, please be sure your lights are turned on from 7pm to 10pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. We need more Elves to help judge the Christmas Lights.     A statement along with the annual letter was mailed out to all homeowners in October. If you did not receive a letter in the mail, please contact the office immediately. We are happy to announce that the 2018 HOA Dues will remain the same as last year. The 2018 Maintenance Fee of $375, is due by January 1, 2018. Any account not paid before January 31, 2018 will incur a late fee of $35 on February 1^st and a finance charge of 10% per month.

    Payment plans are available in the office. Plans will consist of 3 monthly payments (December-$125 down payment, January-$125, and February-$125). You must come into the office prior to December 20, 2018 to get on a payment plan at no charge. After December 20^th, there is a $35 charge to get on a payment plan.

We are excited to announce our new Homeowner Portal for all residents and homeowners in Memorial Parkway. The Homeowner Portal provides homeowners access to their HOA account in REAL time. Homeowners can view their accounts and pay online, view compliance issues including copies of compliance letters, view maintenance issues including submitting service requests, update profile information, and view documents. The 2018 HOA Board Election was held at the Annual Meeting on November 14, 2017. The results are as follows Mike Brahm 188 Votes, Michael Smyth 118 Votes and Michael Sheiman 41 Votes. Mike Brahm was elected for a 3 year term (2018-2020) and the board appointed the runner up, Michael Smyth to fill the vacant director seat for the remainder of the term, which is through 2018. Thank you to every who participated and voted in the election.

Safety Alert: There were several vehicles break-ins early in the morning on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 along Park Meadow and Cimarron Parkway. Unfortunately, this is all to common of an occurrence in our area. Please remember to leave on security lights and lock all vehicle doors to help deter this type of criminal activity in our subdivision.

Join us other neighborhood ladies for game night and pot luck, Thursday November 2, 2017. We play Bunco ($13) and LRC ($3). Bring your favorite dish to share. 6:30pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse. 

Newbies we always love to teach you how to play. Such easy games and some great prizes, but the fun of getting together for great food and great new friends is the best part. We play the first Thursday of each month at the same location and time.

Our Annual Meeting of Members will be Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 7pm at the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse located at 21600 Cimarron Parkway, Katy TX 77450. We will hold our Board election during that meeting. You can find the agenda to the meeting here.

2018 HOA Board Election

Thank you to everyone who has already voted in the 2018 Board election. We have had a few questions concerning the election process and would like to reiterate the process.

Hurricane Harvey Storm Debris Separation and Removal

An elected Board of 5 Directors manage the affairs of the HOA. Each of the Directors is elected for a 3-year term. The 5 Board positions are staggered in rotation meaning every year there is at least one Board position up for re-election. The Board election is held every year in November during the Annual Meeting, November 14, 2017 at 7pm.

For 2018, there will be one Board position open for re-election. Due to the vacated seat of a director, the person who obtains the second most votes, will be appointed to fill the remainder of the vacated term.
