Last night at our annual HOA meeting we held an election for two Board of Director positions for a 3 year term (2026-2029). We had 607 homeowners submit either a proxy or vote in person at the annual meeting.
The board workshop on Tuesday, August 5th at 6:00 PM has been cancelled.

The assessment amount for the 2025 association dues is $425 NOT $1,425.Please also note you will not have to repay your assessments to the management company if the dues for 2025 have already been paid to Memorial Parkway.We apologize for the error and are working to correct the welcome letter to reflect the correct amount. Board of Directors Memorandum
We wanted to inform you that tomorrow's scheduled Board Meeting (May 6th) has been postponed to allow for important updates to the Agenda. In accordance with the Texas Property Code, all Open Board Meetings must be posted at least 144 hours in advance. To ensure compliance and to allow for the inclusion of additional items that require a Board vote, the meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 13th. Please see the attached revised Agenda for your reference.

We want to keep you informed about critical developments in how our HOA is being managed. Last year, our Office Manager resigned. Our current office manager has also submitted their notice, placing our community at a pivotal crossroads in how we move forward.
Your Memorial Parkway Community needs YOU! We need volunteers to offer their talents in a variety of roles to help support our HOA functions and activities. If you value the events and services that our HOA offers, please consider volunteering so that we may continue to serve our great community! We are looking for volunteers for the Grounds, Recreation, Facilities, Architectural Control and Security committees. If you would like to volunteer, please come to our meeting on the 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7pm in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse to learn more about the needs of these committees.
