An elected Board of 5 Directors manage the affairs of the HOA. Each of the Directors is elected for a 3-year term. The 5 Board positions are staggered in rotation meaning every year there is at least one Board position up for re-election. The Board election is held every year in November during the Annual Meeting. For 2019, there will be two Board position open for re-election. If you are interested in running for the Board of Director of Memorial Parkway you must contact the MPCA Office and let them know your intentions to run by August 20, 2018.

The Board of Directors will review and discuss the budget for next year (10/1/18-9/30/19) in an open meeting on Tuesday, July 17th at 7pm in the Cimarron Parkway Clubhouse. All homeowners are invited to attend and listen to the meeting.

Newbies we always love to teach you how to play. Such easy games and some great prizes, but the fun of getting together for great food and great new friends is the best part. We play the first Thursday of each month at the same location and time.

The Board of Directors meets in the Memorial Parkway Clubhouse (21600 Cimarron Parkway) on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. The Board is only required by the State to have ONE meeting per year, but MP has always had monthly meetings so that they can be more accessible to the members that they serve. Our monthly board meeting, will be Tuesday, July 3, 2018.

Cimarron Parkway Pool closed Monday, June 4th due to a broken pipe to the Pool Slide. The water had to be shut off to the facility for the day inorder to make the repair. Highland Knolls Pool will be open til 9pm. We apologies for the inconvience.
