Memorial Parkway subdivision is comprised of 2,219 homes placed over 27 miles of winding road. Memorial Parkway is a self- managed community through the Memorial Parkway Community Assiciation. The Association is comprised of homeowner volunteers. Residents wanting to use any of the Recreation Facilities must have a current MPCA ID Card.

MPCA has 2 pool facilities, one on Cimarron Parkway and one on Highland Knolls. Both pools are open to residents (in good standing) June through August, with optional hours scheduled on weekends in May and September. The Cimarron Pool is available for private rental after pool hours. There is a minimum usage fee of $25, plus a $275 deposit and lifeguard fees. If you are interested in renting the pool for a party please contact the office @281-492-2949.

MPCA has a new playground. The playground is located at the Highland Knolls Facility. The playground and swing set is intended for the children of MPCA ages 2-12 years of age. The playground is comprised of 13 activities, including 2 slides. The playground area has 4 picnic tables. We hope that many families will take their children for a picnic at the park. Please take the time to read our playground rules to ensure the safety of your children.

Playground Facilities

The MPCA Clubhouse was recently remodeled in 2002. The clubhouse is available for rent 8 am to 1 am daily except on Tuesdays. Homeowners in good standing may rent the clubhouse for $25 plus a $275 deposit.

The clubhouse is available free to non-profit service organizations upon receipt of a deposit. No usage fee will be required. Residents in good standing must be present, sign agreement and make a deposit of $75. Non-Profit groups are asked to perform one service project that benefits the M.P. Community for use of the facility.

MPCA has a total of 6 tennis courts. The Cimarron Facility is the home of 3 courts. The Highland Knolls Facility has 3 courts and a full size basketball court. Entrance to the Tennis Courts requires a key, which is issued to homeowners at the office. A $20 deposit is required for a tennis court key. There is a limit of 1 key per household.
