Photo ID Cards

As of January 1, 2006, all residents will be asked to have a new photo ID made. While many residents already have their photo information filed with the office,we would still like you to fill in a new ID Registration form so that we can be sure that the data being entered into the computer is correct.

That way, there will be no delays when you come in to have your picture taken. With this new system, we should be able to hand your new card back to you within a few minutes.

We encourage you to complete the form and get your picture taken March through May . The old MPCA ID card will no longer be accepted for entry into the pool.
